Optimal Simulation for Cable Anchor and Beam Coupling Support in Soft Compound Roof Coal Seam

  • 摘要: 为解决王村煤矿斜井软弱复合顶板煤巷钢拱架棚支护带来的围岩变形严重及返修率高等问题,以5210工作面轨道巷为工程地质背景,采用UDEC数值分析软件针对不同工况下巷道顶、底及两帮围岩位移矢量场和塑性破坏场进行对比分析研究,从而确定出最优支护设计方案,并在现场开展了优化锚索网梁耦合支护方案实施与监测,所得实测数据与模拟结果相吻合,从而验证了用模拟方法解决现场实际问题的可行性和合理性。
    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of surrounding rock deformation and high failure rates caused by steel arch in soft compound roof coal seam in Wangcun Coal Mine, taking 5210 face orbit railway as engineering geological background, we used UDEC numerical analysis software to compare top, floor and two rock displacement vector field and plastic collapse field under different roadway conditions to determine the optimal support design scheme and carry out optimization for mesh beam anchor coupling support program implementation and monitoring in the field, in fact, test data and simulation results are coincidence, which verified the feasibility and rationality of simulation methods in solving practical problems.
