Abstract:
For the problem of asymmetry deformation and destruction for the Roadway under the legacy coal pillar of upper seams in Mugua Mine, using the method of theoretical calculations and numerical simulation, the article analyzed the causes of instability deformation to the roadway, and optimized roadway's parameters, proposed the asymmetry supporting scheme. The results show that the mining roadway is under high stress of legacy coal pillar of close-seam, and both sides of the roadway suffer stress environment with significant asymmetry. The proposed asymmetry supporting program, coupled with the roadway force situations, the deformation of roadway is significantly controlled than the original supporting scheme, which greatly saves support costs compared with the full-face support high-intensity program.
