Abstract:
In view of the coal mine complex geological conditions, the development trend of heavy mining equipment, the continuous tractor can not meet the needs of transport. Therefore, the equipment transportation of a working surface often uses the way of winch pulling. The traditional power winch has a constant angular velocity in the process of running. When the roller wire rope line speed is in the state of changing, the pull rope winch and loose rope winch can not have the same speed. Especially at the slope changing points, slightly careless easily leads to rope broken, sliding and other serious events. In order to solve the problem, it used the winch inverter control system. Through the application in practice, the system achieves good results with the stable, reliable operation and high safety coefficient.
