基于行为安全“2-4”模型煤矿培训体系构建

    Construction of Mine Training System Based on "2-4" Model of Behavioral Safety

    • 摘要: 为了解决我国煤矿安全培训中需求分析定位不明确、培训内容更新缓慢等问题,通过借助行为安全“2-4”模型,构建了新的煤矿安全培训体系。在新的安全培训体系中,通过安全培训课程中事故案例的持续更新,解决了安全培训内容陈旧、枯燥的问题;通过“2-4”模型对事故案例直接、间接、根本原因的分析定位,解决了安全培训针对性不强、需求分析定位不明确的问题。通过对某煤矿的安全培训体系的试构建,印证了基于行为安全“2-4”模型的煤矿安全培训体系构建的可行性。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problems of undefined needs analysis positioning,slow training updates in mine safety training system,the article have constructed a new system based on the “2-4” model of behavioral safety.In the new system,it can solve the problem of content obsolete,boring in safety training by refreshing the accidents;it can also solve the problem of weak direction and non-clear positioning in safety training by positioning analysis of accident direct,indirect, root cause with "2-4" model.The practicability of the new safety training system is proved based the behavioral safety “2-4” model by the trying construction of the new system in a coal mine.
