Abstract:
To solve the problems of undefined needs analysis positioning,slow training updates in mine safety training system,the article have constructed a new system based on the “2-4” model of behavioral safety.In the new system,it can solve the problem of content obsolete,boring in safety training by refreshing the accidents;it can also solve the problem of weak direction and non-clear positioning in safety training by positioning analysis of accident direct,indirect, root cause with "2-4" model.The practicability of the new safety training system is proved based the behavioral safety “2-4” model by the trying construction of the new system in a coal mine.
