Abstract:
A large number research results show that human factors is a major cause of coal mine accidents, identification and control of human risk factors plays crucial roles in cutting down the accidents in coal mines. Three-dimensional structural model was proposed from field research of safety management processe, personnel structure, accident cases to evaluates the degree of human risk. The study built a database of human risk factors to assess human. The assessment results of mine samples indicated that emphsis for human risk factors management should be on the control of human risk factors for individual employees.
