Abstract: Whether enterprises can achieve long-period safety production or not,the rigidity management is very important,and the flexibility management is even more important.The paper made a simple classification for the enterprise that had established the safety assurance system.The different types of the safety assurance system contained the possibility of occurring different kinds of risks.Relying on safety culture to enhance people's safety awareness,and relying on people-oriented management mechanism to shape the staff's self-restraint ability,the safety culture system was established and improved.Practice has proved that using these two management methods simultaneously can ensure long period safe production.
