基于机器视觉的煤矿平车场安全智能控制系统

    The Study of Intelligent Control Systems in Coal Yard Safety Based on Machine Vision

    • 摘要: 在煤矿生产上平车场的作业中,机车是矿车运行的主要动力,由于操作人员或车辆故障等情况,会发生机车不能按照正常停止位停止,从而将车辆顶入斜井,造成跑车事故。电机车智能顶挂车作业,采用机器视觉技术识别出机车运行位置,设定机车运行报警位置,减速位置,停止位置,在相应的位置控制机车运行,该方法有效的防止电机车事故的发生,提高作业现场的安全性,实验证明该系统运行以来安全性很大的提高。

       

      Abstract: During the operations of producing flat yard in the coal mine,locomotive is the main driver of mine car running.Because of the operator or vehicle breakdown,etc.,it will occur that locomotive can not stop in normal which was deviated into inclined shaft and causing car accidents.In this paper,the operations of motor vehicle hung to top intelligently,using machine vision technology to identify the location of locomotive,locomotive was set the alarm location,deceleration position,stop position and corresponding position during the operation.This method is effective to prevent motor vehicle accidents and improve safety of job site.Experiments show that the security is improved since system is running great.
