矿井余热资源利用技术

    Mine Waste Heat Resources Utilization Technology

    • 摘要: 通过对晋城无烟煤集团下属寺河煤矿矿区实地调研,分析了寺河矿热源特点,计算了各资源余热量,并提出了综合矿井余热利用系统。研究表明:采用三级喷淋水除尘吸热后,矿井排风余热利用率为40%~50%;以R134a为冷剂工质,以矿井排水、生活废水和矿井乏风换热后的喷淋水的混合水为低温热源的矿井水源热泵的COP可达4.07;喷淋室出口的矿井乏风可作为空气源热泵的低温热源;该矿井余热资源能够替代3台10 t/h燃煤热水锅炉的热量,显著减少燃煤污染物排放。

       

      Abstract: Spot field investigation has been carried out in Sihe Coal Mine of Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Coal group. The article analyzed the characteristics of the heat resource, calculated the quantity of each waste heat, and the comprehensive waste heat recovery system is given for Sihe Coal Mine. Studies have shown that the waste heat utilization rate is from 40% to 50% by using three-stage spray chamber for removing the dust and absorbing the heat of mine ventilation; using R134a for refrigerant, the mixed water of the mine drainage, the sanitary wastewater and spray water after heat transfer for the low temperature heat source of water source heat pump, the COP of the waste heat recovery system is up to 4.07; the mine ventilation through the spray chamber can be used as low temperature heat source of the air source heat pump; using the heating that the mine waste heat resources can replace 3 sets of 10 t/h coal fired hot water boilers, it can reduce the pollutant emissions from coal significantly.
