高预应力锚杆的加固拱理论数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of Reinforcement Arch Theory of High Pre-stress Anchor Bolt

    • 摘要: 为研究高预应力锚杆的加固拱理论,运用数值模拟,分析了高预应力端锚锚杆在矩形煤巷中预应力扩散规律,发现支护形成的压应力主要集中在锚杆尾部,而非两端,并推导出锚杆尾部形成的加固拱厚度与锚杆长度的近似关系。最后模拟了保德煤矿现行锚杆支护的作用机理及效果,验证了锚杆尾部加固拱的存在及其作用效果。

       

      Abstract: To research reinforcement arch theory of high prestress anchor bolt, we used numerical simulation to analyze prestress diffusion of the high prestressed end anchorage of the anchor bolt in rectangle coal roadway, and found that the distribution of compressive stress mainly formed in the anchor tail formation, rather than the ends, and deduced the approximate relationship arch reinforcement thickness formed in the anchor tail formation with the bolt length, simulated the mechanism and effect of the existing bolt support of Baode Coal Mine, which verified the existence of reinforcing arch at the bolt tail and its effect.
