Abstract:
Due to a large number of no traces and transient violations, it leads to that relying on safety post check and punishing illegal behavior of the perpetrator is difficult to achieve control violations. Under the guidance of the concept of active management, Chensilou coal mine built a positive self-management safety, positive safety grassroots team management, positive safety environment and positive incentive management system as the main content of the safety management system for enterprise employees from triggering a sense of belonging and a sense of responsibility for the safety point of view to prompt employees to implement safety conscious behavior, unsafe behavior improved feed-forward control.
