Abstract: By identifying hazards in coal production activities of each unit, mine risk control management can analyze the production way in which they arise possible consequences, conduct quantitative risk assessment, and develop appropriate management standards and management measures to control or eliminate hazards that may arise, cut causal chain of safety incidents, reduce coal safety production risks to minimize according to national laws and regulations, standards, rules and norms and the actual mine. Baode Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Mine Group strengthens the governance of systemic major disasters, post risk management, reinforces the safety management infrastructure, achieves a qualitative leap in the safety management with mine risk control management system.
