榆家梁煤矿不规则采场顶板控制

    Roof Control for Irregular Working Face in Yujialiang Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 在榆家梁煤矿回采过程中,受到井田边界的影响,存在一些不规则形状工作面,为消除回采后采空区大面积悬顶的威胁。需要对不规则工作面顶板运动情况进行研究,通过理论分析和现场观测分析表明,计算出不规则块段的极限回采面积后,再合理设计各块段的尺寸和回采顺序,实现了上覆关键层的断裂失稳,采空区顶板安全垮落。

       

      Abstract: In the mining process of Yujialiang Coal Mine, irregular working face will present due to the mine boundary. In order to eliminate the threaten of large unsupported roof, roof movement of irregular working face need to be studied. The theory analysis and field observation show that the key strata will be break and unstable after calculating the limit minning area and designing the block dimension and minning sequence, the roof will achieve safe caving.
