厚松散层大采高条件下围岩拱形垮落的运动规律

    Movement Laws of Rock Arch Collapse Under Condition of Thick Loose Seam with Large Mining Height

    • 摘要: 厚松散层岩层的移动特点为薄基岩与厚松散层的相互耦合效应,具体表现为在松散层足够厚时,松散层会随薄基岩的周期性垮落而呈现周期性的拱结构特征,拱结构的存在可以避免上覆岩层全部作用在支架上;但是如果松散层厚度不够,在开采到一定程度时,松散层会呈现整体性的垮落,这时松散层整层的重力会以一定的承载系数传递至支架上,易造成支架压力的增大,甚至发生压架事故。基于此,得出形成有效拱的最小松散层厚度为70 m,并计算该条件下的支架工作阻力。

       

      Abstract: The movement characteristics of thick alluvial rock is the mutual coupling effects between thick loose layer and thin bedrock, specific performance is that if the height is sufficiently thick, loose layer will show cyclical characteristics of arch structure with the vary periodically of thin bedrock, and structural characteristics of the arch can avoid the presence of all the role of the overburden on the support. However, if the height of the loose layer thickness is not enough, to a certain extent in the mining, loose layer will show the integrity of collapse, and then the weight of the whole layer of alluvium will be delivered on bracket with a certain load factor, which may easily lead to increased pressure, or even bracket accidents. Based on this, an effective arch of a minimum thickness of loose layer was advised by 70 m, and the working resistance of support under the condition was calculated.
