综放开采顶煤成拱机理及控制技术

    Top-coal Arching Mechanism and Control Technology in Fully-mechanized Caving Mining

    • 摘要: 结合同煤集团麻家梁矿14101综放工作面顶煤成拱、不易放出的问题,建立了顶煤成拱力学模型,分析了成拱机理,运用PFC数值模拟软件分析了放煤过程中的几种成拱状态,模拟了顶煤拱的控制与破坏技术,得知顶煤拱的承载能力与抗滑移剪力失效是拱发生破坏的2种方式,通过尾梁后摆动和尾梁先前摆再后摆可达到破拱目的。最后,对现场工作面工艺方式进行了优化并投入试验,顶煤回收率及生产效率得到了显著提高,取得了良好的效果。

       

      Abstract: In this article, combining with top-coal arching, not easy to release problem at 14101 fully-mechanized caving face of Majialiang Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group, the arching mechanical model and the arching mechanism of the top-coal is established and analyzed, PFC numerical simulation software is use to analyze the state of several kinds of arching in the process of caving coal, to simulate the arch control and destruction of top-coal technology, learned that the top-coal bearing capacity of arch and slip resistance shear failure is arch damage occurred in two ways. After tail beam swing and tail beam previous swing then back swing can achieve the purpose of breaking the arch. Finally, the process approach of the working face is optimized and test, the top-coal recovery rate and production efficiency has been significantly improved, good results have been achieved.
