厚煤层大采高液压支架适应性分析

    Adaptability Analysis of Hydraulic Support for Thick Coal Seam with Large Mining Height

    • 摘要: 以某矿15101工作面选用的ZY9000-25/50D型两柱支撑掩护式液压支架为分析对象,通过实测矿压数据和三维曲线图分析液压支架的初撑力和工作阻力对工作面顶板的控制效果和支架的运转特性,结果表明,回采过程中,ZY9000-25/50D型两柱支撑掩护式液压支架平均初撑力3 168.015 kN,仅达到额定初撑力7 200 kN的44%,平均工作阻力4 850.615 kN,仅达到额定工作阻力的53.9%,通过支架的适应性分析,对液压支架的额定初撑力和额定工作阻力提出了新的参数,并进行理论验证,确定了适应15101工作面的支架型号为ZY6800/17/36型两柱掩护式液压支架。

       

      Abstract: Taking ZY9000-25/50D two-column supporting shield hydraulic support at 15101 working face of a coal mine as analysis object, control effect of setting load and the working resistance of hydraulic support on working face roof of, and operation characteristics of support was analyzed through the measured pressure data and three-dimensional graph. The results show that the average setting load of ZY9000-25/50D type two-column support hydraulic shield support is 3 168.015 kN in the mining process of working face, which only accounted for 44% of the rated setting force; the average working resistance is 4 850.615 kN, it only accounted for 53.9% of the rated resistance. Through the analysis of the adaptability of the support, the article puts forward a new parameter for the rated setting load and rated resistance work of hydraulic support and verifies the theory, determines that the ZY6800/17/36 type two-column support hydraulic shield supports is adapt to the 15101 working face.
