中空注浆锚索在轨道上山修复中的应用

    Application of Hollow Grouted Anchor Cable in Track Uphill Repair

    • 摘要: 根据某矿实际地质条件,深入分析采区轨道上山大变形原因,得出高水平应力、低初始支护强度、软弱围岩、掘巷扰动、断层及水是其主要影响因素。针对变形特点,采用中空注浆锚索进行锚注修护,并在施工中改进注浆接头及封孔工艺,提高了注浆效率,锚注修护60 d后,巷道顶底移近量累计79 mm,两帮移近量累计达10 mm,有效控制了巷道变形,为深井高地压巷道的加固修护提供了借鉴。

       

      Abstract: The article deeply analyzes the reasons of large deformation of track uphill according to the geologic conditions of a mine, and concludes that the main factors which cause large deformation of track uphill are high horizontal stress, lower initial supporting strength, soft rock, disturbance influence of excavation, fault and water. Aiming at the characteristics of deformation, hollow grouted anchor cable is used to repair bolting and grouting, through improving grouting joint and hole-sealed technology in construction, grouting efficiency is improved; 60 days after repairing, convergence between roof and floor is 79 mm, two-side displacement is 10 mm, so roadway deformation is effectively controlled, which provides reference for high ground pressure roadway repair in deep mine.
