安顺煤矿西翼运输下山小倾角长距离揭煤防突工艺

    Outburst Prevention Technique for Small Angle Long Distance Uncovering Coal in Haulage Dip of West Wing of Anshun Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 据统计,国内外煤矿发生煤与瓦斯突出事故多数是由揭煤引起的,而小倾角长距离揭煤由于揭煤巷道开拓工程量大、揭煤时间长、钻孔施工工艺复杂等因素,较其他方式揭煤突出危险性更大,所以小倾角长距离揭煤是防突研究的重点。在贵州省安顺煤矿西翼运输下山进行了小倾角长距离揭煤方法及防突工艺实践,为完善石门揭煤防突消突手段提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: According to the statistics, coal and gas outburst accidents were mostly caused by the uncovering coal at home and abroad. Due to the large roadway development engineering capacity, long uncovering coal time, complex drilling construction technique and other factors, small angle long distance uncovering coal had bigger risk than the other way of uncovering coal outburst, so the small angle long distance uncovering coal was the key of outburst prevention study. The small angle long distance uncovering coal method and outburst process practice was carried out in haulage dip of the west wing of Guizhou Anshun Coal Mine, which provided the reference for the improvement of rock cross-cut uncovering coal and outburst elimination method.
