基于粗糙集与VC的液压支架固定帧数据处理

    Fixed Frame Format Data Processing for Hydraulic Support Based on Rough Set and VC

    • 摘要: 液压支架在与监控系统通讯中使用的大量固定帧格式数据,不能被组态软件直接识别,处理起来有一定困难。提出一种新的方法,通过粗糙集和VC编程的方法,使得传输的每帧数据能够被解析并与开发的监控系统画面建立动态链接,实现液压支架主控制器与监控系统的串口通讯。通过实验验证,方法稳定可行。

       

      Abstract: A large number of fixed frame format data used in communication between hydraulic support and monitor system can not be directly identified by configuration software, which is difficult to be treated. A new method is proposed to solve it. Through this method, each frame of data can be distinguished and established a dynamic link with the development of the control system screen by rough set reduction and VC programming method, which realizes serial communication between the hydraulic support monitor system and the monitoring system. Experimental shows that the method is feasible and stable.
