谢桥矿半原位沿空留巷技术

    Gob-side Entry Retaining with Part of Wall in Roadway Technology for Xieqiao Mine

    • 摘要: 针对谢桥矿11426综采工作面所处地质条件,基于“Y”型通风沿空留巷煤与瓦斯共采理论,解决了架棚巷道沿空留巷的支护难题,采用半原位留巷顶板4大主动控顶区强化控制技术提高顶板稳定性,详细介绍了留巷期间顶板及墙体的加固方案和留巷充填工艺。现场矿压观测数据显示,架棚留巷中空注浆锚索索注一体化控顶配合4大区域主动控顶,有效地控制了巷道变形。留巷稳定后断面面积满足要求,试验达到预期效果,从而证明了该留巷技术的科学性。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the support difficulties of gob-side entry retaining of the hacking shed tunnel of the 11426 fully-mechanized face of the Xieqiao Coal Mine, this article puts forward the strengthening control technology of four active control roof districts of roadway roof along goaf based on the geological conditions, Y model ventilation for gob-side entry retaining, and the theories of simultaneous extraction of coal and gas. The reinforcement scheme of roof and filling wall during the period of gob-side entry retaining with part of wall in roadway and the technology of filling for gob-side entry retaining are also introduced in detail. The mineral pressure observation at site shows that the gob-side entry retaining of the hacking shed tunnel could be controlled well by hollow-grouting anchor combined with four active roof control districts, and the section area of the roadway retained met the production requirements. The industrial test reached the expected effect, which proved that the technique was scientific.
