Abstract:
In order to solve the support difficulties of gob-side entry retaining of the hacking shed tunnel of the 11426 fully-mechanized face of the Xieqiao Coal Mine, this article puts forward the strengthening control technology of four active control roof districts of roadway roof along goaf based on the geological conditions, Y model ventilation for gob-side entry retaining, and the theories of simultaneous extraction of coal and gas. The reinforcement scheme of roof and filling wall during the period of gob-side entry retaining with part of wall in roadway and the technology of filling for gob-side entry retaining are also introduced in detail. The mineral pressure observation at site shows that the gob-side entry retaining of the hacking shed tunnel could be controlled well by hollow-grouting anchor combined with four active roof control districts, and the section area of the roadway retained met the production requirements. The industrial test reached the expected effect, which proved that the technique was scientific.
