压气引射孔口除尘器的试验与分析

    Experimental and Analysis of Pressure-gas Ejecting Orifice Dust Collector

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下干式钻孔粉尘污染问题,提出了一种煤层钻孔防尘装置。对关键动力元件——压气引射器进行了系统深入的研究;在喷嘴个数及结构尺寸一定时,分析了压气引射除尘器各运行参数之间的关系;在保持其它结构参数不变的条件下,只改变喉嘴距,分别观察对进气口负压、引射风量和噪声的影响情况。实验结果表明:喷嘴出口断面与混合室入口断面重合时,引射器各性能参数达到最优。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the dust problems of the dry drilling in the underground mine, coal seam drilling dust-proofing apparatus was proposed to solve this problem. A systemic and deep research was conducted on the key driving element (compressed air ejector). When the number of nozzles and nozzle structure size was fixed, it analyzed the relationship between several main operating parameters of pressure-gas ejecting dust collector.Under the condition of maintaining all other structure parameters constant, the influence of changed nozzle-to-throat distance on inlet negative pressure, ejecting air volume and noise was observed respectively. The experimental results showed that the performance parameters of ejector were optimized when the nozzle outlet section and mixing chamber inlet section were coincident.
