基于煤层原始瓦斯含量和压力的割缝钻孔有效抽采半径测定

    Measurement of Effective Drainage Radius Based on Primitive Gas Content and Pressure for Slotted Drilling

    • 摘要: 为了准确测定割缝钻孔的有效抽采半径,基于煤层原始瓦斯含量和压力,通过将预抽率>30%与残余瓦斯含量<8 m3/t这2个消突指标相结合,提出了新的割缝钻孔有效抽采半径判定指标:当煤层原始瓦斯含量<11.3 m3/t时,将压降大于煤层原始瓦斯压力的50%作为确定有效抽采半径的指标;当煤层原始瓦斯含量>11.3 m3/t时,将压降>64/q2作为确定有效抽采半径的指标。在杨柳煤矿进行了现场试验,最终确定割缝钻孔的有效影响半径为5 m。通过对抽采指标及残余瓦斯含量的考察,验证了上述指标的有效性和可靠性。

       

      Abstract: In order to accurately determine the effective drainage radius of slotted drilling, based on the primitive gas content and pressure of coal seam, it combined the two outburst elimination indexes together, which included the pre-pumping rate >30% and residual gas content <8 m3/t and put forward the new indicator which could be used to measure the effective drainage radius of slotted drilling. When the primitive gas content was less than 11.3 m3/t, it determined the effective drainage radius as the gas pressure has reduced to more than 50% of the primitive gas pressure; While the primitive gas content was more than 11.3 m3/t, it determined the radius as the gas pressure reduced to more than 64/q2 of the primitive gas pressure. Through the field experiment in Yangliu Coal Mine, it finally determined that the effective drainage radius of slotted drilling was 5 m. By studying the indicators of gas drainage and the residual gas content, it verified the effectiveness and reliability of the indicators.
