2种不同性能炸药爆破振动效应研究

    Research on Effects of Blasting Vibration of Two Different Properties Explosives

    • 摘要: 从炸药性能对爆破振动效应影响的角度,运用大型显式非线性动力分析软件LS-DYNA,分别对混装乳化炸药和混装铵油炸药台阶爆破进行数值模拟,根据数值模拟结果,对比分析了混装乳化炸药和混装铵油炸药爆破振动峰值振速的衰减规律,结果表明,2种不同性能的炸药,爆破振动垂直向峰值振速相差比例最高可达34%,并结合现场爆破振动监测实验得出炸药性能对降低爆破振动效应也是有效手段之一,扩充了降低爆破振动的方法。

       

      Abstract: From the perspective of the influence of explosive performance on the effects of blasting vibration, using the explicit nonlinear dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA, the numerical simulations on bench blasting of mixed emulsified explosive and mixed AN-oil explosive are completed. And the attenuation laws of peak particle velocity of mixed emulsified explosive and mixed AN-oil explosive are comparatively analyzed according the numerical simulation result, which shows that two kinds of explosive with different performance cause the difference ratio of blasting vibration up to 34% in vertical direction. Combining with the experiments of the blasting vibration monitoring,it is concluded that the performance of explosive is an effective mean to decrease the effect of blasting vibration, which extends the method of reducing the blasting vibration.
