高煤级煤层气采收率预测方法及排采工艺优化研究

    Research on High Rank Coalbed Methane Recovery Prediction Method and Drainage Process Optimization

    • 摘要: 以晋城矿区潘庄区块的高煤级储层煤层气为研究对象,通过收集、整理和研究其基本地质资料、开发模式及煤层气排采数据,分析了煤层气采收率的影响因素,并利用等温吸附曲线和数值模拟的方法来预测研究区内的煤层气井产气量和采收率,最后利用数值模拟对该研究区内煤层气井进行排采工艺的优化。结果表明,通过2种方法预测出研究区采收率范围为49.24%~51.8%;排采工艺优化得出的最佳井距为300 m。

       

      Abstract: In this article, it took the high rank coal reservoir coalbed methane in Panzhuang block of Jincheng mining area as the research object. Through collecting, arranging and studying the basic geological data, development model and coalbed methane drainage data, it analyzed the influence factors of coalbed methane recovery, and used the isothermal adsorption curves and numerical simulation method to predict the coalbed methane production and recovery rate in the research area. Finally, it used numerical simulation to optimize the drainage process of coalbed methane in this area. The results showed that two methods were adopted to predict that the recovery rate of this research area was in the range of 49.24% to 51.8%. Through the drainage process optimization, it obtained that the optimum well spacing was 300 m.
