Abstract:
Human error is the main reason for causing contemporary major accidents, the evaluation of which involves the interactions of multiple factors and can not be measured accurately by conventional methods. In this article, reachable matrix and classification method were used to determine the structural model of impact factors and the factor weights were determined by jointly analyzing the interactions of human error impact factors and relationship matrix. Through the empirical application of drilling worker error evaluation in the coal mine, it is shown that the method is effective in complex system modeling and weight determination.
