影响因素交叉作用下人因失误评价分析

    Evaluation Analysis of Human Error Under Interactions of Impact Factors

    • 摘要: 人因失误是现代重特大事故发生的主要原因,其评价涉及多因素之间的交叉作用,常规评价方法无法准确进行定量分析。采用可达矩阵和等级划分方法确定人因失误影响因素结构模型,结合关系矩阵分析人因失误影响因素交叉作用,以此来确定因素权重。通过验证煤矿井下掘进钻眼员工人因失误评价的实际应用,结果表明该方法解决复杂系统建模和确定权重较为有效。

       

      Abstract: Human error is the main reason for causing contemporary major accidents, the evaluation of which involves the interactions of multiple factors and can not be measured accurately by conventional methods. In this article, reachable matrix and classification method were used to determine the structural model of impact factors and the factor weights were determined by jointly analyzing the interactions of human error impact factors and relationship matrix. Through the empirical application of drilling worker error evaluation in the coal mine, it is shown that the method is effective in complex system modeling and weight determination.
