Abstract: In order to strengthen safety production management of coal mine, reduce safety production accidents, the casualties, property loss, and environmental damage, researching on Near-Miss management of coal mine is very necessary. In the article, it gives a definition for Near-Miss of coal mine, makes the management procedure of Near-Miss of coal mine, establishes the statistical index system, and makes the statistical analysis of Near-Miss. Based on the single Near-Miss, it can analyze the possible causes of the possible accidents, and based on the statistical analysis of multiple Near-Misses, it can analyze the time, the place and reasons which may lead to the accidents, so as to effectively develop safety precautions.
