Abstract: Coal safety is the life-line of coal production. The coal safety production laws and regulations are the guideline of coal safety production. The course teaching of safety production laws and regulations plays a very important role to increase coal mine safety production strength and improve coal mine production safety awareness of employees. By building a large school teaching mine as a platform, through the construction and reform of course teaching methods, teaching methods, assessment methods and teaching feedback, it enhances the students' learning interest, examination pass rates and test results in mine safety laws and regulations course.
