Abstract:
The coal mine safety production management system based on systematic thinking theory, from the starting point of the safety target, is broken down into five subsystems according to the entire process of safety production management. The five subsystems include safety target subsystem, safety support subsystem, safety safeguard subsystem, safety prevention and control subsystem and safety operation subsystem. The five sub-systems, both inter-conditional upon each other and support each other, and then together form an organic whole. This system can achieve no defect management, improve safety support capability and achieve a fundamental change in safety production.
