基于层次分析法的露天矿薄煤层开采工艺

Open-pit Mine Thin Coal Seam Mining Technology Based on AHP

  • 摘要: 露天矿薄煤层开采工艺方式的选择关系到整个矿的原煤损失率、贫化率以及矿石块度等指标,直接影响到露天矿的经济效益。在研究影响薄煤层开采工艺的主要指标基础上,建立层次分析模型,并以哈尔乌素露天煤矿5#煤开采工艺为实例,论证结果的正确性。
    Abstract: Some indexes such as the loss rate and dilution rate of the coal and ore fragmentation are affected by the choice of thin coal seam mining technology in open-pit mines, which directly influences the economic benefit in open-pit mines. The AHP analyzing model was established based on researching the main indexes which influence thin coal seam mining technology. A case study was carried out by dealing with harwusu 5# coal mining system and the correctness was validated. The results have important guiding significance to the thin coal seam mining in similar mines.
