Relationship Analysis Between Anchoring Force and Stirring Performance of Anchor Cable

  • 摘要: 锚索载荷观测数据表明,锚索实际载荷普遍远低于其额定工作载荷。锚索锚固拉拔的试验发现:普通钢绞线难以充分搅拌锚固剂,未能使锚固剂中的2种组份均匀混合,树脂锚固剂未能完全固化,这是煤矿巷道支护中锚索内锚固力低的主要原因,而采用叶片式搅拌锚索可以大大提高锚索的搅拌性能,使锚固剂得到充分搅拌和均匀混合,提高锚索内锚力。
    Abstract: Anchor load observational data indicate that the actual load of anchor cable is generally much lower than its rating working load. It is found by experiments of ultimate pullout forces of anchor cable that anchoring agent has not been thoroughly whipped by the normal steel strands, the two ingredients in the resin anchoring agent can not be fully mixed which failed to its hardening, and it is supposed to be the main reason of the low anchoring force. The use of blade stirring stirring anchor can greatly improve the performance of anchor, which makes stir anchoring agent and uniformly mixed and improves the anchor anchor force.
