Pressure Compensation Method for Mine-used Infrared Methane Sensor

摘要: 利用红外线检测煤矿井下气体中甲烷的含量,其检测精度受到井下环境压力因素的影响。为提高其检测精度,以甲烷气体为例,研究压力补偿数学模型;在硬件电路上通过大气压力传感器与单片机相结合实现压力的采集、分析及数值计算。Abstract: The accuracy, by using infrared ray to detect methane content of coal mine gas, is affected by pressure in coal mine environment. In this article, a pressure compensation mathematic model is proposed. Taking methane as an example, in order to enhance detection accuracy, the acquisition, analysis and calculation of pressure data are carried out by combination of atmospheric pressure sensor and MCU on hardware circuit level.
