Based on the special requirements of mine large flow (2 000 m
3/h) underground mobile carbon molecular sieve nitrogen equipment absorption tower structure for carbon molecular sieve filling technique, using a combination of theoretical calculations and experimental test method, a new and high efficient adsorption tower filling technique for coal mine large flow underground mobile carbon molecular sieve nitrogen machine was developed by integrating innovative. The application results showed that the nitrogen outlet concentration is more than 98%, in the steady state, the nitrogen purity is able to get 99%.
