基于流变模型的软岩巷道补强支护计算及数值模拟

摘要: 针对渭北矿区软岩巷道后期持续不断的变形问题,提出U型钢支架补强支护方案,采用理论计算和数值模拟的方法对补强支护强度参数及支护效果进行研究。首先对该巷道主要围岩岩层进行了物理力学参数的测试,初步得知该巷道围岩属于膨胀性低强度软岩,具有很强的流变特性。巷道在初次支护后其后期变形主要为流变变形,以此为补强支护对象,进行基于流变模型的补强支护强度计算。最后采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对补强支护效果进行分析,证明了该补强支护方案的合理性及有效性。Abstract: This article proposed U-shaped steel bracket reinforcing support program for latter continuing deformation of soft rock roadway in Weibei Mining Area, researched reinforcement supporting strength parameters and supporting effects by using theoretical calculations and numerical simulation. Firstly, the article tested major rock physical and mechanical parameters of the major surrounding rock,learned that the roadway surrounding rock is swelling and low-intensity soft rock with strong rheological properties. This article argues that the deformation of roadway is mainly rheological deformation in later periods of the initial support, so the article took this kind of rheological deformation as supporting objects, and calculated reinforcement supporting strength based on rheological model. Finally the article analyzed reinforcement supporting effect by using FLAC3D, proved that the reinforcing supporting projects was reasonable and effective.
