基于冲击地压防治的深井沿空留巷充填材料研究

    Study on Filling Materials for Gob-side Entry Retaining Roadway Based on Preventing Rockburst in Deep Mine

    • 摘要: 基于冲击地压防治的无煤柱开采,是深井开采防治冲击地压发展的重要方向之一。分析了深井留巷段覆岩层的运动规律,计算了顶板岩层的载荷与留巷充填体所需的支护强度;以地面和井下矸石为原材料,进行了井上破碎后矸石的筛分与统计分析,界定了破碎矸石的粗细骨料的粒径范围,进行了不同配比充填材料的强度试验和优选,确定了适用于孙村矿深井高应力条件的留巷充填支护材料;基于理论分析和试验研究结果,开展了可压缩充填体的成型出磨、养护等生产系统研究,进行了井下工业实验,取得了较好效果。

       

      Abstract: Non-pillar mining based on rockburst prevention is one of the important development direction of rockburst prevention of deep mining. The article firstly analyzed the strata movement, screened and analyzed statistics of broken gangue, defined the size range of particle size range of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate of broken gangue, tested strength and preferred the filling material with different proportions, and determined the applicable filling material in gob support in Suncun Mine with high stress conditions in deep mines. Based on the results of theoretical analysis and experimental research, the article carried out a systematic study of the production of a compressible filling body molding mill, maintenance, etc. For the underground industrial experiment, it achieved good results.
