Abstract:
This study developed the scale measuring statues of the coal miners' psychological safety, then collected data by conducting structured interview on 707 coal miners one by one. ANOVA and regression analysis were used to explore the differences of coal miners' psychological safety on demographic variable /organization variable and the predictive power of different dimensions to coal miners' psychological safety. The result shows that the difference of coal miners' psychological safety on demographic variable and organization variable is significant. The dimensions of coal miners' psychological safety have significant predictive powers for coal miners' psychological safety and the predictive power from big to small in turn is perceived support, perceived trust, perceived control of job and perceived control of relationship.
