急斜特厚煤层综放开采四柱与两柱式支架适应性分析

    Adaptability Analysis of Four-leg and Two-leg Supports in Steep-inclined Extremely Thick Coal Seam Full-mechanized Caving Mining

    • 摘要: 为研究四柱支撑掩护式放顶煤支架和两柱掩护式放顶煤支架在急倾斜特厚煤层综放工作面的适用性,在宝积山煤矿分别对使用2种支架的工作面矿压进行监测,利用观测数据对急倾斜综放工作面支架的受力特点和稳定性进行分析。分析认为,急倾斜综放工作面受顶板滑移引起的摩擦力、支架重力和顶煤冒落的冲击作用,易发生支架倾倒、下滑现象;四柱支撑掩护式支架后柱顶煤冒空,加剧了支架倾倒、下滑;两柱掩护式支架能相对提高支架工阻,减小导致支架下滑的扭矩,提高支架稳定性和支护效率,解决支架受力不均、倾倒及下滑等问题。

       

      Abstract: In order to analyze the adaptability of the four-leg shock shield fully mechanized coal caving support and the two-leg shock shield coal caving support in steep-inclined extremely thick coal seam fully mechanized caving face. The load characteristics and stability of the supports in steep full-mechanized caving mining face is analyzed with measured data, according to the two supports mining face pressure monitoring in Baojishan Coal Mine. By analysis that, the fully mechanized caving face are influenced by friction caused by roof-slip, gravity of support, impact action of the top coal caving, which causes the tipping and downslide of supports, it becomes more serious when the four-leg shock shield supports are used in this face; and the two-leg can strengthen the working resistance of the supports relatively, and reduce the torque that can cause the downslide of supports, improve the stability and efficiency of supports, thereby it can solve a series of problem as the pressure balance of supports, tipping, downslide, and so on.
