Abstract:
According to heating needs and emitting large quantities of low-grade waste heat simultaneously during production in Liudian Mine, the heating load and waste heat resources are surveyed and analyzed. Based on the research conclusions, five feasibility schemes of waste heat recovery and utilization are put forward. And then, the integrated heat pump heating scheme which may be more suited to Liudian Mine is determined by qualitative analysis and comprehensive scoring method. In this heating scheme, the mine ventilation is used as main heat source, the mine drainage and mine cooling condensation heat are used as backup heat source, and the air compressor waste heat in cooling is specially used for heating bath water in the whole year, therefore this scheme has sufficient backup heat sources and good expansion ability. And its stability and reliability is improved, the initial investment is also reduced.
