深部冲击危险厚煤层合理煤柱宽度数值模拟确定

    Determination of Reasonable Coal Pillar Width in Thick Coal Seams with Deep Rockburst Hazard by Numerical Simulation

    • 摘要: 根据微震监测结果表明煤柱留设不合理是龙家堡煤矿冲击地压发生的重要原因。为了确定工作面合理区段煤柱,进而减轻冲击地压对矿井安全开采的威胁,采用数值模拟对龙家堡煤矿区段煤柱和下山煤柱应力分布特征进行了研究。模拟表明,不合理的煤柱宽度,煤柱内部易集聚大量弹性能,形成“冲击核”,在开采扰动下容易突然失稳而诱发强烈冲击;龙家堡煤矿合理区段煤柱宽度为6~12 m,下山煤柱宽度不小于120 m。

       

      Abstract: The micro seismic monitoring results showed that unreasonable design of coal pillar was an important reason of rockburst in Longjiapu Coal Mine. In order to determine the reasonable section coal pillar of working face and reduce the threats of rockburst to safety mining, it studied the stress distribution of section coal pillar and downhill coal pillar in Longjiapu Coal Mine by numerical simulation. The simulation showed that it was easy to gather a large number of elastic energy in the coal pillar and form a shock nuclear for unreasonable coal pillar width, which suddenly became instable and induced strong rockburst by mining disturbance. The reasonable section coal pillar width was 6 to 12 m, and the downhill coal pillar width was 120 m at least in Longjiapu Coal Mine.
