Aiming at the surrounding rock deformation problem of 2
# coal seam return air roadway in Xingyue Coal Mine, the methods of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation were applied to analyze the deep and large section soft rock roadways deformation damage mechanism and high strength prestressed supporting technology based on the elasticity-plasticity mechanics and surrounding rock control theory. The article proposed "anchor+ steel ladder beam+ steel fabric+ anchor cable" combined supporting scheme. The industrial test showed that roof subsidence was 48 mm, the convergence of two walls was 86 mm, floor heave was 120 mm, separation volume is less than 26 mm, and the control effect was good. Roadway deformation and roof abscission layer deformation can be well controlled under high-stress and pretension bolting supporting technology, which improves the stability of roadway integrally.
