寺家庄煤矿突出煤层掘进工作面瓦斯治理实践

    Gas Control Practice of Outburst Coal Seam in Heading Face of Sijiazhuang Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了有效增加寺家庄煤矿掘进巷道瓦斯抽采量,降低回风流瓦斯浓度,根据矿井瓦斯赋存概况,分析了掘进工作面瓦斯涌出来源,采用交叉钻孔预抽煤巷条带瓦斯,掘进过程中采用钻墙边掘边抽技术抽采巷帮煤壁以里的瓦斯。15108进风巷实践表明:交叉钻孔瓦斯抽采量平均为1.12 m3/min,是平行钻孔的1.14倍,预抽后瓦斯含量7.08 m3/t,较之平行钻孔下降9.8%,有效消除煤层突出危险性,同时有效截流掘进期间煤壁两侧的瓦斯,回风流最大瓦斯浓度0.59%,比采用顺层钻孔方案平均低0.08%。

       

      Abstract: In order to effectively increase gas drainage volume in heading roadway of Shijiazhuang Coal Mine and lower gas concentration in return airflow, according to gas occurrence overview of the mine, it analyzed gas emission sources of heading face, and it used cross-drilled to pre-pump gas in coal roadway strip, then adopted the technology of drilling wall, joint excavation and gas drainage to carry out gas drainage in roadway coal wall. The practice results of 15108 intake airflow roadway showed that the average amount of cross-drilled gas drainage was 1.12 m3/min, it was 1.14 times of parallel drilling, after pre-pumping, the gas content was 7.08 m3/t, which decreased by 9.8% compared to the parallel drilling. It effectively eliminated the risk of coal seam outburst, while finished gas closure during the excavation on both sides of the coal wall, so the maximum gas concentration in return airflow was 0.59%. It was 0.08% lower on average than the bedding drilling program.
