高瓦斯超近距离煤层群煤与瓦斯共采工艺

    Coal and Gas Simultaneous Extraction Technology in High Gas and Super Close Distance Coal Seam Group

    • 摘要: 针对平煤股份六矿高瓦斯超近距离煤层群的具体赋存条件,在自动化回采工作面的设计过程中,以煤与瓦斯共采理论为指导,在科学分析超近距离煤层群回采过程中工作面瓦斯涌出规律的基础上,应用上隅角埋管抽采、高位钻场抽采等综合分源抽采方案。在有效控制工作面瓦斯抽采的基础上,进一步优化煤与瓦斯共采工艺,取得了非常明显的技术效果。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at specific occurrence condition of high gas and super close distance coal seam group in Pingmei shares No.6 coal mine,in the design process of automation working face,taking coal and gas simultaneous extraction theory as the instruction,on the basis of scientifically analyzing working face gas emission law in the process of super close distance coal seam group recovery,comprehensive differentiating source gas drainage scheme of buried pipe gas drainage in upper corner and high level drilling field gas drainage are applied.On the basis of effectively controlling working face gas drainage,coal and gas simultaneous extraction technology is further optimized,which makes very obvious technical effect.
