煤矿采空区瓦斯爆炸区域划分

摘要: 采用理论分析与试验室研究相结合的方法对采空区瓦斯爆炸区域划分进行了研究。研究分为2部分:一是以通风对采空区瓦斯的携带作用为理论基础,用烟气作为示踪气体在自制的采空区瓦斯流场试验台上进行相似模拟试验,根据示踪气体在采空区的分布情况划分“强流区”的范围;二是以渗流和扩散理论为基础,采用自制的瓦斯运移装置进行试验,跟据CH4的运移速度来确定“渗流区”的范围。同时结合现场实际情况,由于开采造成的上覆岩层跨落和地面塌陷形成对采空区瓦斯流场的扰动和挤压,使得采空区瓦斯流动可能产生瓦斯爆炸。因此结合自燃引爆瓦斯的观点和“U”型发火区理论可以确定采空区“瓦斯易爆区”主要存在于“渗流区”上下两巷的冒落带内。Abstract: By the combination method of theoretical analysis and laboratory research, the regional division of goaf gas explosion in coal mine is studied. The research is divided into two parts: one is using carrying effect of goaf gas as the theoretical basis, and the flue gases are used as the tracer gas in the goaf gas flow test bench to carry out the similar simulation test. The range of strong flow area is divided according to the distribution of tracer gas in goaf.Second,based on the seepage and diffusion theory, using self-designed test device of gas migration, the scope of the seepage zone is determined according to the migration velocity of CH4. At the same time, combined with the actual situation, the overlying strata caving and surface collapse caused by mining lead to disturbance and extrusion of the goaf gas flow field, which may cause gas explosion. So, combining the theory of gas spontaneous combustion with the "U" type combustion theory, goaf gas explosive areas mainly exists in the vadose zone and two lane caving zone.
