大断面回采巷道合理宽高比及支护技术
Reasonable Aspect Ratio of Large Section Mining Roadway and Supporting Technology

摘要: 合理的宽高比是保证巷道稳定性的关键因素之一。为获得大断面回采巷道合理宽高比对围岩变形特征的影响规律,采用数值模拟的方法分析了巷道在不同宽度和高度时围岩的变形特征。研究表明,巷道合理的宽高比约为1;巷道围岩位移随巷道宽度和高度的增加逐渐增加,存在合理的宽高比,大于合理的宽高比后,位移明显增大,围岩出现整体移动的趋势,产生离层,最终使巷道发生滑移失稳破坏。针对具体的地质条件和大断面巷道围岩的变形特征,设计采用高预应力锚杆锚索支护技术进行支护,工程应用表明巷道围岩变形得到了有效的控制。Abstract: The reasonable aspect ratio is one of the key factor to ensure roadway stability. In order to obtain the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock influenced by the reasonable aspect ratio of large section roadway, the article analyzed the deformation characteristics of roadway under different widths and heights by using numerical simulation. It has been shown that the reasonable aspect ratio of roadway is about 1. The displacement of surrounding rock gradually increases with the increase of width and height of roadway, there is a reasonable aspect ratio, the displacement significantly increases after more than the reasonable aspect ratio, the surrounding rock shows overall mobile trend and produce separation, and finally the roadway is damaged by the style of slip instability. The roadway is supported by the technology of high pre-stressed bolt and anchor according to the specific geological condition and the deformation characteristics of large section roadway. Engineering applications show that the deformation of surrounding rock has been effectively controlled.
