Abstract:
The mining seam in Fa'er Coal Mine is high-gas coal. In order to solve gas overrun problems in upper corner of the working surface and alleviate the tense situation of mining-excavation relay, gob-side entry retaining was carried out with concrete walls at 10302 mechanized mining face track along crossheading. This article researches concrete block strength, concrete block wall process and wall stabilization measures and several aspects of concrete block wall, observes pressure of gob-side entry driving, and analyzes the roadway deformation and concrete block wall stress condition. Results show that the concrete block wall can effectively guarantee the stability and integrity of the roof, and solve the conflicts that the construction of gob-side entry retaining and the support of roadways is difficult to adapt to the quick efficient and big cross section of the fully-mechanized coal mining technology.
