下石节矿高应力泵房硐室围岩控制技术

    Control Technology for Pumping Chamber With High Stress in Xiashijie Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对下石节煤矿+950 m水平泵房硐室支护难题,为控制围岩变形量、保证使用要求和生产安全,通过对硐室原有锚网-碹体联合支护的失稳机理、采动影响、围岩物理化学性质及底板破坏特征进行分析,得出了围岩失稳的主要原因,并根据结构补偿和新奥法原理,提出了适用于软岩硐室支护的二次锚网索协同稳定性支护技术,有效的控制了下石节煤矿+950 m泵房硐室围岩变形。

       

      Abstract: For support problems in Xiashijie Mine +950 m level pumping chamber, in order to effectively control the amout of surrounding rock deformation and ensure production safety, by analyzing the instability mechanism of original bolt-mesh and stone and concrete support, mining influence, physical and chemical properties and rock bottom failure characteristics, the main reason of the surrounding rock instability were obtained. Based on the theory of structural compensation and NATM, the technology of collaborative and stable secondary support for chamber in soft rock is proposed, which effectively control the deformation in Xiashijie Mine +950 m level pumping chamber.
