极近距离煤层巷道顶板锚网梁支护设计及应用

    Design Method and Its Application of Combined Supporting With Bolt Mesh and Beam for Roadway Roof in Very Contiguous Seams

    • 摘要: 为了解决极近距离煤层巷道顶板的稳定性控制问题,分析了某矿5101巷顶板围岩特性及支护特点,提出了全长锚固的锚网梁支护方法,研究了各支护构件的作用机理,基于数值模拟预先再现了上述方案的支护效果,并通过工程应用进一步验证了研究成果的可行性。结果表明,全长锚固锚杆提高了顶板裂隙岩体抗开裂和抗剪切的能力,金属网和锚梁增加了顶板的抗拉强度和抗弯刚度,刚柔相济,使二者的支护效能得到充分发挥;数值模拟结果表明,巷道顶板下部0.6 m左右岩体在采动过程中基本保持稳定;现场实测发现,掘巷和回采期间,两帮和顶底板移近量分别为58、46 mm和168、152 mm,5101巷顶板的稳定性得到了很好地控制。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the stability control problems of roadway roof in very contiguous seams, the article analyzed the physical characteristics and support features of 5101 roadway surrounding rock, proposed the method of combined supporting with full-size grouted bolt mesh and beam and studied the mechanism of all kinds of support members, reproduced the support effect of the program based on numerical simulation, and further validated the feasibility of research results through the engineering application. The results showed that the fractured rock roof's resistance to cracking and shear capacity was improved after full-size grouted bolt supporting, and its tensile strength and flexural stiffness was increased after metal mesh and anchor roof beam supporting, the rigid support and flexible retaining joint action and their supporting performances were fully played; the simulation results show that roof rock around 0.6 m lower roadway remained stable in mining process; field test found the distance of two sides and roof and floor were 58 mm, 46 mm and 168 mm, 152 mm during drifting and mining, the roof stability of 5105 roadway was well controlled.
