煤矸石细颗粒对喷射混凝土强度影响的试验研究

    Experimental Study on the Influence of Gangue Particle on the Strength of Shotcrete

    • 摘要: 为了实现矸石废弃物的高效利用,探究自燃煤矸石细颗粒对喷射混凝土强度的影响,研究了矸石细颗粒在粗骨料中不同掺量对混凝土试块抗压强度的影响,以及替代细骨料对混凝土试块及胶砂试块的抗压强度的影响,利用SPSS数据分析软件对实验数据进行了分析。结果表明:细颗粒在粗骨料中的掺量对混凝土强度有显著的影响,细颗粒掺量不应超过10%,超过10%时混凝土强度显著降低;细颗粒替代河沙做细骨料有利于混凝土强度的提高,且对混凝土早期强度影响不明显,28 d混凝土强度差异性显著;矸石细颗粒胶砂试块强度优于河砂胶砂试块,龄期越长强度差异性越明显。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the efficient utilization of coal waste gangue and explore the influence of spontaneous combustion gangue particles on strength of shotcrete, the article studied the influence of different mixing amount of gangue particles in coarse aggregate on compressive strength of concrete briquette and studied the influence of substitution fine aggregate on the compressive strength of concrete briquette and mortar briquette. Then, the article made the experimental data with SPSS analysis software. It shows that the mixing amount of gangue particles in coarse aggregate has remarkable influence on the concrete strength. The mixing amount of gangue particles should not exceed 10%, otherwise, concrete strength will reduce remarkably. Replacing river sand with small particles as fine aggregate can enhance concrete strength, and has little influence on original concrete strength, but significantly on concrete 28 d's strength. The strength of gangue particle mortar briquette is better than river sand mortar briquette and the longer the age, the more obvious difference between them.
