Abstract: The behavioral safety management work of miners has very important significant to guarantee the safety production in coal mine. Based on the analysis of miner behavior, manager behavior and their cognitive psychological process, the influence of manager behavior on miner behavior selection is analyzed, the influence factors of manager behavior are revealed, the behavior-based coal mine safety management system model is constructed by using the method of system analysis, and the significance of the model on coal mine safety management is discussed. It not only provides a reference for the present coal mine safety management practice of China, but also provides the premise for deeply researching coal mine safety management in theory.
