Abstract:
Through the analysis of technical problems in fire prevention and extinguishing system of mine long distant dynamic pressure grouting, the numerical model for pipeline slurry transportation is established. ANSYS software is used to simulate the pressure distribution and pressure loss at different regions of pipeline under two conditions of long distant static pressure grouting and dynamic pressure grouting. The numerical results basically are consistent with field actual test data. The pressure distribution law of mine long distant grouting pipeline was mastered. The design and technical parameters of fire prevention and extinguishing system of mine dynamic pressure grouting were optimized.
