瓦斯抽采管路摩擦阻力计算方法及应用

    Calculation Method for Gas Drainage Pipeline Friction Resistance and Its Application

    • 摘要: 瓦斯抽采是从根本上治理煤矿瓦斯灾害的主要手段,准确的管路阻力计算是进行抽采设计和参数优化的前提条件,而目前理论计算和现场测试结果存在一定误差。为深入分析瓦斯抽采管路摩擦阻力特性和优化计算方法,依据流体力学达西定律和量纲理论,探讨了摩擦阻力的本质内涵和主要影响因素,指出了目前计算公式存在的不足,建立了工况条件下抽采管路摩擦阻力计算的优化方法,给出了对比新旧方法的现场应用实例。结果表明,优化方法计算结果的相对误差仅为0.6%,与现场实测阻力非常吻合。

       

      Abstract: Gas drainage is the main measure for radical gas disaster prevention and control, and pipeline resistance calculation is the precondition for gas design and parameters optimization, however some errors are obviously between theory calculation and field testing at present. In order to analyze the friction resistance characteristics of drainage pipeline and optimize calculation method, the essence connotation and main affecting factors were discussed according as hydrodynamics Darcy's law and dimensional theory, and the deficiency of actual calculation method was pointed out, and optimization method was set up. Basing on above-mentioned analysis, optimization method was applied to scene practice contrasting primary one. The results showed that optimized method was accordant with testing result with comparative error 0.6% merely.
