Abstract:
Based on the characteristic analysis of dust generated in the process of coal cutting and the theory of two-phase flow theory, discrete phase model of dust transport at mining face was established, and different boundary conditions were set, the dust concentration distribution law was obtained in different wind speed when shearer cut coal against the wind, and migration law of dust generated in high wind at mechanized mining face is achieved. Then the dusty airflow control technology and dust spray technology were researched for the shearer, finally those technologies were used in the working face, and the dust suppression efficiency can reach 90%.
