高风速综采面采煤机产尘运移规律及防治技术
Dust Migration Law and Control Techniques for Shearer in High-speed Wind Working face

摘要: 在分析采煤机割煤产尘特点的基础上,根据两相流理论建立采煤工作面粉尘运移的离散相数学模型,设定不同的边界条件,得到不同巷道风速情况下采煤机逆风割煤时前滚筒垮落产尘时粉尘浓度的分布,并分析得到高风速综采面采煤机产尘的运移规律。据此有针对性的开展采煤机含尘气流控制及喷雾降尘技术的研究,并在实验工作面进行现场应用,结果表明,降尘效率可以达到90%。Abstract: Based on the characteristic analysis of dust generated in the process of coal cutting and the theory of two-phase flow theory, discrete phase model of dust transport at mining face was established, and different boundary conditions were set, the dust concentration distribution law was obtained in different wind speed when shearer cut coal against the wind, and migration law of dust generated in high wind at mechanized mining face is achieved. Then the dusty airflow control technology and dust spray technology were researched for the shearer, finally those technologies were used in the working face, and the dust suppression efficiency can reach 90%.
